You will learn on a functional (not technical) level how our smart mobility solutions are built from different software
building blocks. With this knowledge, you will support the sales and marketing activities for Be-Mobile’s business units.
The Sales & Marketing coordinator will combine responsibilities in both fields:

Sales support

  •  You draft presentations for prospects, clients (mainly national, regional and local governments), events and
  • fairs
  • You conduct a first screening of large government tenders and work out the basic structure of the offering.
  • You write the content for these offerings in such a way that they are tailored to the tender (pre sales)
  • In collaboration with our product manager you select the building blocks that are necessary to meet the tender
    requirements. If necessary, you will consult with R&D on the additional developments and time estimations.
  • You prepare the content of our offers in response to the tenders

Marketing coordinator

As a marketing coordinator you will coordinate all marketing activities for Be-Mobile’s business units:

  • You manage the Be-Mobile website in close collaboration with the product manager
  • You manage our social media: content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • You manage and monitor the proper use of our corporate identity. Be-Mobile has a strong corporate identity
    and as a marketing coordinator you will ensure that all communication is in line with our style.
  • You are the first contact point for the press: you contact the right people within our organization to answer
    press questions and you monitor all publications of Be-Mobile in the press
  • You coordinate the organization our participation in fairs
  • You write newsletters based on input from our regional sales managers and product manager
  • You prepare go-to-market strategies by identifying and contacting potential partners and distributors in Europe
    and beyond.


The must-haves we are looking for are:

  • Masters degree
  • Ambition to grow in a commercial role, with a hands-on approach and a focus on market needs and clients’
  • Technical curiosity, eager to learn and a comprehensive understanding of our software building blocks and
    how customer solutions are built from these blocks.
  • Ability to balance both marketing and sales and combine the different responsibilities

The skills that make a great sales support and marketing coordinator for Be-Mobile are:

  • Quick learner and pro-active mindset
  • Analytical skills to perform the reading and offer preparation
  • Organizational skills to perform the internal alignment and marketing coordination
  • Confident and punctual to read and re-read bids and offerings
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French
  • Easy-going in contacts with colleagues, service-minded in thinking about clients
